FAQ

Devices FAQ

What remote patient monitoring devices does CareSimple offer?
CareSimple offers pre-activated cellular RPM devices: blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, body scales, and pulse oximeters.
Do patients need a smartphone, app, WiFi, or Bluetooth?
No. CareSimple devices are cellular and pre-activated — no app, no WiFi, and no Bluetooth pairing. Readings transmit automatically over the cellular network.
How do patients receive their device?
Devices ship pre-activated directly to the patient’s door, ready to use out of the box. There’s nothing for the patient to install or set up.
Are CareSimple’s devices clinically validated?
Yes. For example, CareSimple’s blood pressure monitor is included on the U.S. Blood Pressure Validated Device Listing (VDL), which recognizes monitors validated for clinical accuracy.
Where does the device data go?
Measurements transmit automatically over cellular into the CareSimple platform and your EHR, where they’re available for clinical review, alerting, and billing.
