The same oscillometric, clinical-grade measurement engine as the XL, paired with a wide-range cuff (8.6–17.7 in / 22–45 cm) that fits the large majority of adult arms in a single SKU—so programs stock one device instead of sizing every patient. Embedded multi-carrier 4G LTE sends every reading straight to the care team—no smartphone, app, WiFi, or pairing—and patients with arms beyond 17.7 in move to the XL without changing platforms.

The included AC2245-021 cuff covers 8.6–17.7 in (22–45 cm) — the large majority of adult arms — and is the cuff cleared for adults with diabetes, pregnancy, or pre-eclampsia, so most programs can standardize on a single size.

Cell-Tower Geolocation
Each blood pressure reading is tagged with cell-tower geolocation metadata, enabling care teams to verify that measurements originate from the patient’s home.
