Smart Meter
Streamlined cellular blood glucose monitor with single-button operation, a large black-and-white LCD, and a wide 20–70% hematocrit range. Readings transmit over AT&T 4/5G CAT-M cellular through Smart Meter’s Private Data Network. Supports pre- and post-meal markers, HI/LO alerts with ketone and hypoglycemia guidance, and on-device averages across 7, 14, and 30-day windows.
Clinical features
Measurement Range 20–600 mg/dL
Measures blood glucose from 20 to 600 mg/dL. Readings outside this range display as HI or LO.
5-Second Test Time
Returns a result in five seconds. Minimum blood sample size of 0.80 microliters.
Wide Hematocrit Range
Validated across a hematocrit range of 20–70%, accommodating patients with anemia or elevated hematocrit without recalibration.
Pre- and Post-Meal Markers
Tag readings as Pre-Meal or Post-Meal using on-screen apple icons to give clinicians context around meal timing.
HI/LO Alerts with Guidance
On-screen alerts at time of reading for High or Low values, including a ketone-measurement prompt at ≥ 300 mg/dL and a hypoglycemia indicator on low readings.
Automatic Strip Coding
Auto-Code detects the test strip code automatically. No manual code entry required.
500-Reading Memory
On-device memory stores up to 500 readings with date, time, and meal markers.
On-Device Averages
Displays blood glucose averages across 7, 14, and 30-day windows directly on the meter.
Rechargeable Battery
Rechargeable 3.7V lithium battery delivers approximately 500 tests per charge. Strip-eject button for hygienic disposal.

AT&T 4/5G CAT-M Cellular
Connected via AT&T’s 4/5G CAT-M IoT network. Data transmission is cellular only.
Private Data Network
Data is transmitted over Smart Meter’s Private Data Network, a closed transport between the device and the platform.
No App, No Pairing
Operates over cellular only. No Bluetooth, no app installation, no synchronization step.
On-Screen Transmission Status
Display icons confirm whether each reading was transmitted successfully or is pending re-send.
Automatic Data Upload
Each reading is transmitted automatically after the measurement completes.
