Michel Nadeau & Dr. Dhrumil Shah to Present at HCP21

At the upcoming 2021 Health Connect Partners (HCP) Hospital & Healthcare I.T. Conference, CareSimple CEO Michel Nadeau and Dr. Dhrumil Shah, CMIO, Family Physician, Compass Medical, will present, “Empowering Population Health with RPM: Case Study for Hypertension (HTN) Patients.”

Over the course of the session, attendees will learn how to incorporate remote patient monitoring into population health programs, apply best practices from providers that have already implemented RPM, and analyze patient compliance in the context of an RPM program. The presentation will highlight a real-world case study on the implementation of CareSimple’s RPM platform for patients with hypertension at Compass Medical, one of the largest independent multi-site physician groups in New England.
