The first phase of the program closed on May 6th and granted $150M. The second phase for the remaining $100M will open soon, but not for long.

The CareSimple team can help you determine if you are eligible, collect your requirements and prepare your application. We have also created a step-by-step instruction guide that shows how to apply.

CareSimple™ is a remote patient monitoring platform that makes remote care simple with virtually any patient. Unlike most vendors requiring complex setup, CareSimple ships directly to patients, doesn’t require a tablet or WiFi, and integrates to all popular EHRs (including Epic, AllScripts, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks and NextGen).

Having successfully launched multiple FCC-funded Telehealth programs with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and health systems, CareSimple is in the perfect position to help you submit, and win, your FCC COVID-19 Telehealth Program application.
