Today the CareSimple + A&D Direct+ Blood Pressure Monitor (UA-1020CEL-CS) becomes available for all customers to order. It’s a launch of three firsts: the first device in CareSimple’s new Direct+ line of collaborations with established healthcare brands, the first to run on CareSimple Direct connectivity, and the first to ship through the Amazon fulfillment network with Prime-like delivery speed.

The Direct+ Blood Pressure Monitor
The Direct+ line leads with a collaboration with A&D Medical, whose clinically validated blood pressure measurement anchors the device.
Clinically validated measurement. The monitor meets FDA requirements for clinical blood pressure measurement and is listed on the AMA’s ValidateBP.org validation registry.
TriCheck™ averaging. The device automates three sequential measurements and averages the results in accordance with clinical guidelines, minimizing the impact of individual measurement fluctuations.
Connected out of the box. Multi-network cellular across Verizon Wireless, AT&T Mobility, and T-Mobile — no WiFi, no Bluetooth pairing, no app. Patients take a reading, and it’s in the chart.
Prime-like delivery. The first CareSimple device to ship through the Amazon fulfillment network — direct from CareSimple to the patient’s door in days, ready to measure on arrival.

Direct is the connectivity platform this device launches on — and the foundation for every device that follows.
Multi-network connectivity. Devices run on a multi-network profile spanning all three major networks — Verizon Wireless, AT&T Mobility, and T-Mobile — so they stay online even where a single carrier’s coverage is weak.
Integrated geolocation. Every reading is geo-tagged based on the nearest cell tower — simplifying logistics and helping programs track and manage devices in the field.
Proactive battery replacement. The platform flags power before it runs out, reducing interruptions in monitoring.
Direct refers to the connectivity itself — it can power CareSimple’s own devices and devices developed with collaborating brands alike.
Where it fits in the portfolio
The new lines don’t replace anything — they slot into the portfolio you already order from. Partner devices from longstanding collaborators including BodyTrace and Smart Meter remain fully supported, ensuring continuity for existing programs.
