- Alert management: monitor incoming health-data alerts, assess severity, apply clinical judgment, and respond through outreach, care coordination, or escalation to the provider team.
- Technical coordination: provide basic troubleshooting for cellular devices and escalate issues through internal support tickets.
- Device logistics oversight: coordinate ordering and fulfillment, manage replacements and returns, and keep high-priority orders on track.
- Documentation: keep clear, timely records across internal systems and, where applicable, the customer’s EHR.
What we’re looking for
- Active RN or LPN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- 5+ years of clinical experience, ideally in telehealth, home health, or primary care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort working with seniors and underserved populations
- Technologically confident across EHR, ticketing, and telehealth platforms
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Preferred: fluent in Spanish and English; CDE or CDCES certification
