RPM only creates value when the data behind it is accurate, timely, and billable. We're looking for a Data Engineer to build the pipelines and analytics that turn millions of device readings into clinical insight and clean, automated billing across the full set of RPM CPT codes. You'll join our in-house engineering team and own data infrastructure end to end.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain data pipelines from cellular devices, the platform, and EHR integrations
- Model and automate RPM billing logic across CPT codes (99453, 99454, 99457, 99458, and the 2026 additions)
- Build analytics and dashboards that surface adherence, alerts, and program performance
- Develop tooling that augments our clinical team’s capacity
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and security across systems
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in data or analytics engineering
- Strong SQL and Python
- Experience with modern pipelines and warehouses (dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Postgres)
- Comfort working with messy, real-world operational data
- Care for accuracy in a regulated, healthcare context
- Preferred: healthcare, RPM, or billing data experience; familiarity with HIPAA and data security
